Blackstone's Civil Practice buyer
The White Book's closest rival, and just as welcome on our shelf.
We buy annual editions, current or past years, with or without supplements.
About the set
Blackstone's Civil Practice is, alongside the White Book, one of the two standard annual references for civil procedure in England and Wales. Published each year by Oxford University Press, it covers the same Civil Procedure Rules from a different editorial team, and many firms hold a run of past years alongside the current edition.
The most recent one or two editions carry the most value, published annually by Oxford University Press.
Several consecutive years, complete with supplements, are genuinely useful to us and to the next buyer.
Even one year on its own is worth an enquiry -- older years are considered case by case.
While you're here
Blackstone's Civil Practice rarely sits alone. If you're clearing a library, we're also interested in the titles that usually sit alongside it.
Common questions
